▪ No AI/NFT: My work cannot be used for NFTs or used to train, generate, or develop AI models under any circumstances.

PAYMENT

▪ Full prepayment or 50% immediately and 50% after the sketch;
▪ Payment: PayPal, Mono
▪ Refunds are not possible after work has begun;
▪ Also, if the payment was divided into an advance of 50% and payment of 50% after the sketch, then I DON'T REFUND the advance.

PRICING POLICY

▪ Custom Rates: There is no fixed price list, as every artwork is unique;
▪ How it’s calculated: The final price depends entirely on your idea, the number of characters, background details, and overall complexity;
▪ Please DM me with your idea and references to get an exact price quote for your commission!
*Simple Illustrations / Sketches: $50+
Complex & Detailed Art: $150+

WORKING PROCESS

▪ Turnaround Time: The completion time usually ranges from 1 week to 1 month, depending on the complexity of the piece and personal life circumstances;
▪ Queue System: Please note that the turnaround time starts when I actually begin working on your commission (your turn in the queue), not from the moment of payment;
▪ Delays: I do my best to stay on track, but if any unexpected delays occur, I will inform you immediately;
▪ Rush Orders: If you have a specific deadline or need the artwork urgently, you must inform me before making the payment;
Creative Freedom: I appreciate clients who trust my style and give me some creative freedom. I do not perform well under overly strict limitations, so please trust my professional judgment to make the art beautiful;
▪ References: Please specify if something must be copied 1-in-1 from your reference. If not specified, I will use your references only as a base/guide, not a strict copy;
▪ No Spamming: Please do not flood my DMs with messages while the work is in progress. A large volume of messages is overwhelming and slows down the process. I will message you myself at each major stage.

CORRECTIONS

▪ Free Revisions: You get 3 free minor revisions per stage: Sketch, Lineart, and Flat Color;
▪ Paid Revisions: Extra changes cost €3 during the sketch/lineart stages and €5 during the flat color stage;
▪ Artist’s Mistakes: If I miss a detail that was clearly stated in your brief, I will fix it for free. This does not apply to details you forgot to mention;
▪ Major Changes: I reserve the right to refuse radical changes that require redrawing the artwork from scratch, even for an extra fee.
